Susan K. Kaltenbach, age 67, of the Town of Westmoreland, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2022, at MVHS-St. Luke’s Campus.

Susan was born in Rome on March 9, 1955 to the late William and Louise Cleveland Schneible, and graduated from Westmoreland High School and received her Associates Degree from SUNY Cobleskill. On September 25, 1976, she was united in marriage to Harold Kaltenbach. Susan worked as an office manager for the Mohawk Valley Apartments in Clinton. Susan loved camping and traveling with her family.

Susan is survived by her loving husband, Harold; her daughter, Nicole (Alfredo) Llanos of East Meadow, Long Island; her son, Christopher (Maria) Kaltenbach of Cooperstown, NY; her grandchildren, Mia, Ciara, Maximo, and Mila; two sisters, Linda (Thomas) Hickey, and Mary Jo Jennings; her brother, Richard (Colleen) Schneible; several nieces and nephews; and her K-9 companion, Zoey. She was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Jerry Jennings.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 11 AM at Westmoreland Cemetery. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Sunday, April 10, from 12 Noon until 4 PM, at the Westmoreland Fire Department.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
