My sincerest condolences. Mr. Smith sold me his parents' home on Highland Ave in 1983; I had come to know his mother as I was her Rome Sentinel "paperboy" a few years earlier. To this day, now in Albany, I still have a few items that came from her household - and, when I use(d) them, I start(ed) by saying "Here's to "Booty" Smith - I wish him well" (for giving me the chance to buy my first house).
