Betty was a joy. Always saw the positive in everything. Always a pleasure to talk with. She loved to talk about her family and was very pleased with them. All of us will miss her. Everybody at the Warsaw UMC loved her. I'm sure the people in heaven are happy to have her as well. Our prayers are with all of you.

My memory of your Mom was her beautiful laugh, and that also goes for your Dad. They were such a fun couple and they were very special friends of my Mom and Dad (Lil and Did). And now they are all together again, and that's very comforting.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad stood up with Geo. and I when we were married. That waas when I first knew them. Your Mom was a special lady. I've thought of her many times thru the years. I used to run into her occasionally. She told me she was moving to be with family. I'm glad she could do that. She will be missed but now she is with your dad and they are both happy.

As a youth I remember Betty would drop her three girls off at Mom's house on her way to work at Revere. Those were the days when parents worked hard to put food on the table and taught their children to say please and thank you. I also recall Betty to be the least vocal during Tuesday night "girls club"......rest in peace Betty

So sorry to read of Betty's passing. My husband and I met her when she was my Mother's neighbor at Rome Towers. My mother was Myfanwy (Von) Slocum Grimes who passed away in April 2010. Enjoyed visiting with Betty and going out to dinner with her on our visits to Rome over the years. Betty was a very lovely person an wonderful friend to my mother. Our condolences to her family.
