Bob was my father's roomate, Stan Backer, for several months up until my Dad's passing in March. Every night when I would visit my Dad, Bob would always say hi to me. I was very impressed with his upbeat attitude even with his vision loss. He was very appreciative with whatever I helped him with- getting him water or getting his phone for him. He really enjoyed the classic country cds I played for my Dad and him especially Tom T. Hall's 1000 hogs song. Bob always said goodnight and Thankyou to me every night. He was a real nice man. RIP.
