Obituary of Thomas A. DePasquale

Thomas A. DePasquale, age 86, of Forestport, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Rome Health, with his wife and daughter by his side.

Tom was born in Rome on May 30, 1938 to the late Angelo and Carmella Civitelli DePasquale, and educated in the Rome schools.  On October 21, 2000, he was united in marriage to the former Donna Pannozo. He built the family home in Otter Lake and enjoyed many memories spent with friends and family there.  Tom worked at Oneida Limited for over 30 years and retired as a supervisor.

He enjoyed NASCAR, golf, football, and going on long rides with Donna.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Donna; son, Brian (Christine) DePasquale; daughter, Paula (John) Evans; brother, Angelo (Sue) DePasquale Jr., 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Todd; and brother, Eugene.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Rome ICU for their care, compassion, and wonderful job, during Tom's stay.

There are no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
