Betty L. Flick Betty L. Flick, age 72, of Rome, passed away November 10, 2011. She was born February 28, 1939, in Rome, a daughter of Frederick J. and Mina Flick, and educated in Rome schools. She worked for many years at Rome Cable Corp. and various area restaurants and taverns. Betty is survived by a son, Jeffrey Flick of Rome; a daughter in law, Karen Flick of Rome; a sister and brother in law, Esther and Harold VanDresar of Westernville; a sister in law, Arlene Flick of Rome; grandchildren; Michael Davis, Megan Davis, Mary Beth Flick and Zachary Flick; several nieces and nephews and many special friends. She was predeceased by a brother, Frederick Flick. To honor Betty's wishes, funeral services will be private.
