We send our love and condolences to all the family. We have such fond memories of you from our time as kids at Lake Delta, how you tightened my roller skates and called me "Tuffy", living in your apartment, you and Betty caring for our son, your visits in Florida. We know you are up there with the angels still watching over your family you loved so much. Love and condolences to all the family.

My condolences to Betty and family. Due to distance, age differences and circumstances I was not very close to Bob, but always remember him as a mild mannered, low keyed, and happy person. That is how I would like to remember him. I would like to share with you the last two times that I saw Bob. I was fortunate enough to be back East for Bob & Betty’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. It is always a fun event to participate in a festive family gathering and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The other time was when I was visiting the Joyce’s and Bob came down to Milford, PA to retrieve Aunt Edie’s old bedroom suite. Since I had slept in that bed the night before, I kind of took it as an invitation to leave. So after helping Bob pack and overloaded pickup truck, I did and went back to visit friends in Elmsford. So sorry that I will not be able to attend but I will be sharing fond memories.

Betty and Family: What I'll remember most about Bob is that he was a devoted family man, a hard worker, and always had a ready smile. You couldn't think of Bob without including Betty. It just went together: Bob and Betty. It always will! Sending you all warm, sunny FL wishes at this sad time.

Because of our age difference and the distance between Rome, NY and Elmsford, I didn't know Bob as well as I should have. I do remember Bob as a quick witted, jovial man with a hearty laugh, and that he was always fun to be around. He was there when my Mother's life was remembered and celebrated a couple of years ago, and I wish I could honor his life by being there in Rome this Tuesday, but I can not. As time passes, I hope that Betty and the kids focus more on the good times they had with Bob as a husband and Father than mourn his passing. Heart felt sympathy and somber reflection, Dean
