Roy Campbell
Roy Campbell, age 51, of Rome, passed away peacefully, November 14, 2012, at the Siegenthaler Center, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born December 17, 1960, in Valdosta, GA, a son of Cloe and Ginette Violet Campbell, and was educated in Rome schools and MVCC. He was a truck driver for DOT Foods for many years retiring due to illness.
Roy was an accomplished photographer and also loved his profession of tractor trailer driving.
Roy is survived by his parents, Cloe and Ginette Campbell; a sister and brother in law, Linda and dave Halter of Colorado Springs, CO; and a brother and sister in law, Mark and Tracy Campbell of Westmoreland; and cherished niece and nephew, Eric and Megan Campbell.
Funeral services will be private.
There are no calling hours.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 West Chestnut Street.
