Beverly J. Coyne, age 89, of Rome, passed away November 13, 2012, with her loving family by her side.
She was born on June 17, 1923 in Utica, a daughter of William and Ethel Chapman Nemyier. She graduated from Utica schools. On September 13, 1947, she married Robert Coyne. Bev worked as a supervisor for New York Telephone and Verizon. She proudly served her country as a U.S. Navy WAVE.
Beverly was a member of St. Paul's Church in Rome. She was an avid Yankees fan and loved to dine out.
Bev is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; two sons, Robert and Raymond Coyne; and a brother, William Nemyier.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 AM at St. Paul's Church.
The family will receive guests from 9 to 10 AM at St. Paul's Church prior to the funeral service.
