Obituary of Melonie Ann Tetreault

" Sam", 59, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012 after a long illness. She was a 1971 graduate of Rome Free Academy. She attended Morrisville Community College. She was previously employed with The O'Shea Law Firm, of Rome, and the Federal Government. She was married to Gary Tetreault in 1973, and together they made their home in Woodstock, GA for the past 25 years. She was the daughter of Dick and Joyce Shields, of Rome and is also survived by brother, Dusty Shields, of Rome, brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Lisa Shields, of Saratoga, brother-in-law, Larry Tetreault, of Florida. Nieces and nephews include: Josh, Adam, Zach, Kayla, Sam, Danielle, Nick, and Carolyn. Calling hours will be held at Barry Funeral Home, 807 West Chestnut Street, Rome, on Friday, November 9, 2012, from 4 - 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Michelle Adey Fund, in Rome.
