I grew up next door to Mr. & Mrs. Turk and it was just like having another set of grandparents. They were around for every important event of my life from First Communion to Prom to Wedding. During summer the adults would gather on their back porch to talk while all the kids played hide and seek nearby. Through them I was lucky enough to have Jimmy, Brenda, David, Danny, Michelle, Scott and Elaine as friends. The neighborhood has changed since they moved - there's no more walking across the back lawns just to chat with each other. Doris will be GREATLY missed and my thoughts and prayers are with Jim and the whole family.

James(uncle); Sharon, Pat & your families; Carol, Virgina,& your families; Connie & your family; and Mickey(aunt): We are very saddened by the news of sister-in-law/aunt Doris passing. She was a sweet lady with a great sense of humor. She was very close to "the brothers" and their wives and enjoyed great times together. We will miss her greatly at family gatherings. We will find peace in knowing she is being welcomed in Heaven by Rick and sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law who predeceased her. Our hearts go out to all of you and we keep you in our prayers. God Bless

I will never forget whenever I would visit grandma, my mom and grandpa would be talking about cars and how to fix them. Grandma and I would always joke and pretend we knew what they were talking about. Grandma was always a funny girl with her witty comments. I will always love her. RIP Grandma, I love you always.
