Obituary of Roxanne Roe

Roxanne Roe, age 49, of Rome, passed away August 8, 2011, at home, with her loving family at her side. She was born May 13, 1962, in Syracuse, NY, a daughter of George and Dorothy Dutcher Roe. Roxanne attended Rome Catholic Schools.

Roxanne was a loving and caring person. All that met her knew she had a kind soul.

Roxanne is also survived her sisters Laura Fenton of Rome, Julia Jones Biloxi, MS, April Roe of Rome; brother George W. Roe, Jr. of Rome and her parents. Roxanne is also survived by a special Cousin, Christine Canfield, special Aunt, Julia Canfield and special Uncle Howard Roe as well as several aunt, uncles and cousins. She was pre-deceased by special grandparents, Clarence and Blanch Roe, who raised her.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM from Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street. Burial will be St. Mary's Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home, Wednesday 5 to 7 PM.
