My condolences to the Vitorello family on Jim's passing. Jim was the finance officer while I was the public affairs officer at the former 24th Air Division at Griffiss AFB. Jim and I went on two staff assistance trips together at various NORAD radar facilities in the northeast and southeast, and he was an absolutely joy. I treasure each and every moment I spent with him. My utmost condolences

I have many memories from all the years Jim did my taxes........we would always have to "put Bow-Wow in the other room" for him (a poodle) - and I remember also the time I was at the Hess gas station; the hood of my car wouldn't close and I was just leaving on a trip. Jim came to the rescue and managed to get it locked down safely for me. His warmth and humor will always be fondly remembered. My condolences to Anne and the family.

Mrs. Vittorello & Family, I am very sorry for your loss. I have only known Mr. V for 4 years and he has been a great role model and teacher. I have enjoyed the time that I was able to share with him in and out of the classroom. He will sadly be missed.
