Obituary of Joshua Allen Kimball

Joshua Allen Kimball died peacefully at Rome Memorial hospital, on Tuesday April 20, 2010. Josh had made his home at the Walsh ICF since 1997. He had a thirst for learning and especially enjoyed geography, cooking, wrestling and a challenging game of Scrabble Josh is survived by his mother, Cindy Kimball; his father, Richard Kimball, a brother, Michael; and many staff with whom he had a special bond, especially his friend, Mary Burdick. He was predeceased by a brother, David Scott. The funeral service will be held Friday at 2:30 PM, at Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Friday 1:30 to 2:30 PM, prior to the funeral service. Joshua's mother would like to extend her thanks to the staff of "Walsh" for the loving care they have given her son over the years.
